Annual Report 2006 At a dinner meeting held in March 2006, a “call to action” was answered by a dedicated group of local business owners, municipal staff and councillors to revitalize the Springwater Chamber of Commerce. A revitalization committee was formed and with the assistance and support of Cheryl Brine, Economic Development Consultant, Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA), a strategic planning exercise was conducted.
